See your doctor to make sure it's not caused by an underlying illness like diabetes. For more information: http://www.aocd.org/skin/dermatologic_diseases/acanthosis_nigrica.html

Recommend you to use Miho Medicated Bath Salt (very fine and feels soft and smooth after you use it) with Miho Cleansing milk or CE cream daily. Spread a reasonable amount of the cleansing milk and apply the medicated bath salt on the neck area and start to scrub it. The bath salt can also be used to scrub the whole body (but the body must be wet before you use the bath salt)

Afterwhich you rinse off the area with water and wipe it dry. Apply the Miho White Essence to moisturize the area. Do it consistently, you will be able to see that the neck areas have whiten a lot. Always remember to apply White Essence after you do the scrub.

This might be new to you but you can check out the link below. The products work when you use it as a set. Check out the online store as this product is not sold in any drug store.

Hope this helps.

we naturally have variation in our skin tones on different body parts. The darker you are, the more obvious it will be. It could also be because you neglect the skin back there. Try exfoliating daily in the shower and moisturizing - preferably with an AHA moisturizer because it turns over skin cells more rapidly than a regular one. After about a month you should notice the skin there begins to lighten. If it doesn't, then it may just be naturally darker than the rest of your skin.

well I am a flutist so I understand wanting a clean instrument though I'm not sure how to clean a sax. Go to your local music store. They should have certain types of brushes and polishes for your saxophone. Also you should have annual cleanings. It is recommended for any instrument. Also if there are any damages no matter how major or minute they can fix it. Hope this helps. =)
