Both sides of my lips are having redness and scaly part in both right and left side

Keep fluoride toothpaste away from the corners of your mouth.
Apply 1% hydrocortisone cream.
Aloe gel or vitamin E cream will also help.

Blistex, Herpecin (I believe that's how it's spelled), or Abreva... Abreva is expensive for such a tiny tube, but it works amazingly and is well worth it. I believe it's around $17 USD.

Put a little bit of vaseline on it every day for a week.
My sister did this and it worked for her.

use blistex. it is an extreme moisurizer for your lips, and also works for coldsores and dryness around your mouth. <3
