It means that she wants a man who can take control, and is not an immature and playful boy, somebody who knows how to take care of business. A man who will make her feel secure and like she can trust in him not to let her down on purpose--mistakes happen, that's understandable.
A man who will not let anybody run over her, or their family, and is kind, loving, and full of compassion.

Ahhh, I've had to say that to a few past boyfriends of mine. It means the girl wants you to run the show. Not completely, but she wants you to not be shy about doing things. Just grab her and kiss her, or make the decisions of where your going out. It's nice to have a guy who will let you choose everything, but it also gets annoying and boring!

I think she wants him to be able to stand up for himself and possibly her. I don't like weak men, I like men who are strong and can handle themselves. She might not like submissive or passive men, she wants a more take charge kind of guy. Bravo.
