there are some good ready to drink protein shakes around today. my preference is MetRx but there are many good brands

35 grams is good but what kind of protein is it? Whey protein is good and is assimilated quickly, so it is good post workout. Soy protein is inferior. Milk and egg protein is very good, but takes longer to absorb. Protein blends have a little of each and are excellent.

35 grams is alot more than most, but it depends alot on how it mixes, how many calories per serving and how many scoops a serving is (if its a powder) ...of course what your looking to gain is what makes the difference
