sit ups etc wont help because they dont burn fat - they build muscle and will make your belly look bigger
cardio is the only thing that burns fat - 4-6 times a week for 30-50min combined with light weight training
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

It's been 26 years since I had my baby but I know this: It takes a little more time. Be patient with yourself. Caring for a baby is so much at first, try not to worry about your figure just yet and good luck to you and baby!!

People are dead on by saying concentrate on your baby. I pray to whatever gods there are you are not another stupid bit*h trying to raise a human being, because chances are you are and you will fail and another broken disfunctional and otherwise f*cked up individual will haunt our alley ways. Any ways when you've settled your personal situation and created a healthy nurturing enviroment to raise a strong willed individual, then eat all natural foods, run, and do compund muscle building exercises. By the way. I hate my mom.

It is not the end of the world.
Unfortunately, you can loose the weight, but the skin flap is here to stay, unless you can have plastic surgery.
Sorry.
That does not mean you are not beautiful. My wifey has one of those motherly bellies, but she still is, to me, the most beautiful woman in the world.

Give it more time, it's only been two months! It took me closer to four to get back to a decent shape, and I only gained 23 pounds during pregnancy. Think of it this way, it took nine months to get as big as you did so give it nine months to get back to normal. Congrats on the new baby.

It's called a Tummy Tuck. All the sit-ups in the world won't take the extra skin away.

You should have thought of that BEFORE bringing another kid into a world bursting at the seams from overpopulation. Millions starve to death and kids keep getting popped out like rabbits. Also you're too vain. We all can't be a Paris or Brittany.
Give me a thumbs down, I don't care because it is the truth. I'm sick of my tax dollars going to pay for school taxes, library taxes, etc., when I'm not a breeder.

5 lbs leg weights, when every you can wear them- wear them. Leg lifts, scissor kicks, side kicks, crunches, and lots of stretching.
If you want your abs to come back, I suggest you start working them.
Thank you for taking an interest in making our world more beautiful :-)

i wouldn't worry about your tummy it's only been two months. concentrate on your baby and not your own appearance. there is plenty of time for that when your baby gets older

I'm trying to lose weight too and it's sooo hard. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it's really working for her. I'm gonna try it and I recommend you try it too. Check their website at
http://www.mesayyes.info , they gave my aunt a free trial of Hoodia, a free diet guide, and a free recipe booklet. She only paid $7.99 shipping and handling.
