I want to say this:

He says he is tranquil and that his flaw is arriving in his commitments on time.

or "his flaw is arriving late in his appointments?" Im not sure if I'm contradicting myself.

It sounds to me like you want to say:

"He says he is tranquil; his flaw is always being late for/to appointments."

Well, tranquil means = calm
Flaw means = Defect

I "think" what you may want to be saying is this...

*He says he is tranquil and his one flaw is arriving late for his appointmants.

Not sure if that is what you want.

it's difficult to understand what your saying. in the first one, it does not flow easily and feels like you are trying to make the sentence longer than it has to be. on the second, be careful about leaving stuff out. what about him being tranquil?

and, if he is tranquil but talking about what his flaw would be, shouldn't it be something like:

"Although he was tranquil, he admitted that his flaw was arriving to his commitments on time. "

it should say to his commitments, not in his commitments

gramatically you're missing the first relative prounoun
it should be: He says that he is tranquil
and it shoud be arriving to

full sentence:
He says that he is tranquil and that his flaw is arriving late to his appointments

his flaw is arriving late for his appointments
He says he is peaceful but his flaw is arriving in his commitments on time. I think that is what you were aiming for.

Not sure what you're trying to say exactly. Please give it another try.
