God's the unknown here, but folks, you make it quite clear with your comments that some of you clearly just mouth your religion and never choose to actually live by the precepts of your religion, let alone know what those precepts are.
You call Atheists and pagans and Agnostics stubborn, losers, even condemn us to hell. Namecalling, petty back biting, not knowing your scripture and yelling at those of us who do - are these the actions Jesus wanted you to take? Are you even aware of what actions Jesus wanted man to take?
Are you even aware that the bible has two parts that are inseparable, regardless of what some of you like to insist?
Questions that have been bugging me about here for a long time.
BTW? I do know some Christians who DO live by the precepts and guides Jesus set forth for man - and they are lovely decent people I'm proud to know. Some on here could learn from them.

Very well put! Most of the christians I've known only know what they are taught in church and have never read the bible cover to cover.
Ask someone what the first commandment is and they will tell you it is, "thou shall have no other gods before me", but they don't even realize there is a lot more to the first commandment. In fact it is a curse placed on 4 generations of children who's father is not a christian.
I can not comprehend how anyone would follow a god that curses unborn children for something their great, great grandfather did.

you are right on some of your points, but a Christian would not condemn anyone to hell, they would not judge, but you also have to remember that the Bible also says that no one is perfect, sometimes even Christians get angry and say things that they shouldn't (we only have 2 check to turn). There will always be people who only offer God lip service, I am sorry for that. I have friends that are atheists and I bring God and his word into the conversation when I can but I have never judge them and I hope that they don't judge me for my beliefs. Don't get me wrong I will tell anyone my opinion if they ask it, and I don't understand how you could not believe in God. But He has his reasons for everything.

Just so we're clear, Jesus is God. The same God of the O.T. God is known and knowable.
Mocking the least of God's children (no matter how new in faith or understanding) is the same as mocking God Himself. Why? Because God chose them, that they should believe in Him. God chose to reveal Himself to the true believer. Granted, you have some pretenders out there. The true believer will never waiver from the truth, no matter how unpopular it is to the world.

are you really that unintelligent to call an agnostic ignorant? An agnostic is the most open minded person towards religion. They believe that almost anything could have possibly happened. Christians condem peopel to hell, athiests dont especially since they dont believe in it. i thought ive seen some pretty ignorant people in my life but to call an agnostic stubborn, wow youve got some nerve.
