find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

well the breakfast part is good, should prob put some carbs in there such as toast or a bagel. Lunch is bad..pizza is so cheesy, (which cheese is not very healthy for you) and greesy which is also not good for you, try a salad or grilled chicken. i know its hard because youre at school, but the school lunches are no where near healthy for you..i did my senior project on that..dont drink to much juice..there is a lot of sugar in it..water is great. dinner should be eatten, even if its small, such as a baked potato, or again chicken or fish. DO NOT FRY FOODS!! your work out isnt too good, your only working one main area every single time. you should do push ups, sit ups, ( do different kinds to work different areas of the stomach) planks, (get in the push up position, but rest on your forearms/elbows) this works your back aswell as your abs do this for like 30 seconds for like 5 times...or work your way up to that time..running in place i feel doesnt do anything, you arent getting the full work for your legs actually go running, or ride a bike, or use an ellpitical. to get thinner legs, run, and to calf raises, lunges. I hope ive helped, good luck!

Hi,
I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://www.freelstore.info where they give you a free trial of Hoodia, a free diet guide, and a free recipe booklet. You only pay 7.99$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!

I can't imagine that small amount of calorie intake being enough for anybody. But if your still kicking I guess it is. I would try doing that workout in the morning before breakfast. It might kick start your metabolism better and keep it running all day.
