I am seeking to immigrate to the EU (either France, Spain, or Germany). I speak English, French, Spanish, German and Polish fluently (reading, writing, speaking) i have Bacherlor's Degree in International Relations and Economics and a Master's degree in Economics (all from Georgetown; GO HOYAS!!) I am currently 25 years old and have been waiting to get out of the US all of my life! What are my prospects of building a good life? Are there any difficulties which I would have to overcome? I would like to marry over in Europe and raise my family there and everything.

Most importantly though, will I be able to secure a good paying job and live a life as comfortable as in the US (granted the size differrences, etc...) ????

Apply for a good paying job in Europe and when a company hired you, request for the employment contract and show it to the embassy of the country where you want to work and apply for a working visa.

Saudi Arabia does no longer have a solid government. the different international locations you stated do have solid governments. yet i think of Cactus Jack suggested it proper: there is extra to this equation than stability.
