It is good that he is drinking milk. I wish I would have drank more when I was a child. I did not like milk sometimes a little in my cereal.

Try Oveltine and Carnation Instant Breakfast. You could also try putting less chocolate in the milk until he like the milk with out chocolate.

Good Luck

Will he drink milk plain? If not he could try putting Carnation Instant Breakfast in it. It's a powder that comes in a variety of different flavors, including chocolate, but it also contains vitamins.

I believe there is a chocolate powder mix (I think it is called "Breakfast") that has vitamins and minerals that you would get from an average breakfast. I think the box is yellow. It tastes exactly the same as chocolate milk. PLEASE NOTE THIS: This is not a healthy drink, just HEALTHIER than chocolate milk.

Make your own chocolate milk at home.use a lower fat content milk and they sell sugarless chocolate that tastes pretty good. Be glad he is drinking anything with milk in it a lot of kids don't.

try that ovaltine! the commercials alone convinced me... also i would suggest doing maybe lowfat/fatfree milk if pssible. or carrot juice which is way gross but totally healthy. just as a heads up most juices are really sugary now-a-days so maybe chocolate milk is better than simply ingesting like 2 grams of sugar for a cup of juice...

I can suggest a Carnation instant Breakfast complete nutritional drink. my kids love it. Nesquik is also good without sugar added. just look for the label. There's also lactaid, hershey's, etc.

he should be getting his vit.C=orange juice
also apple juice , pineapple juice he may like, water and add that new pkg/tube of flavour to it....
try to look on fruit juice labels to see if alot of sugar is in it....Natural would be better.
