Absolutely not. You can't rig something as large as NASCAR. Granted, sometimes events seem to fall into the laps of certain individuals but that doesn't mean it's rigged! That's like saying golf is rigged for Tiger Woods! As for Hendrick Hater, you need to get your head out of your you know what and put some reasoning into your assumptions. Gordon didn't cheat to win the Duel. Something broke. The officials that penalized him even said that he didn't gain an advantage from the car being too low.
Alright so what everyone is saying is that when one team dominates, the whole thing is rigged? Ok then let's venture back to when Dale Sr. was alive. So when he was having so much success it was because it was rigged right? Oh no I've gone and stepped on some toes now haven't I? But that's what you and everyone else that says Hendrick is cheating are alluding too. I'm sorry Hater, you and everyone who agrees with you have struck out with the game of logic. Besides, if NASCAR was rigged, don't you think someone in the lower levels of the organization would squeal. There's lots to be gained by exposing a scandal in the largest fan-based sport in America.

With the way events have happened the past couple of years there seems to be some questions as to the finishes of some events.
Nascar has always had the safety of the drivers, crews, officials and fans as a priority, but the timing of some cautions or lack of cautions seems very fishy this year, more so than the past few years.
This spring there was a rain delay at an event that lasted nearly 2 hours.Normally after this length of time(if the event is half-way or more) it is called.NASCAR stretched the delay and after another lengthy delay started the race back. The team who was leading at the red flag for rain pushed to call the event. But NASCAR would not.The event started back under caution after stops and finally green flag Hendricks won. This was focused on several sires and published articals and NASCAR stated" the window to get the race in ,in full was there so they took it".
Not that it is cheating not that its fixed but strange bending of the rules seem to be the norm this year.

I think you're an idiot for posting this question. Earndhardt Jr. is by far the fan favorite, and the fan favorite is what makes NASCAR the most money. If they were going to favor any driver, it'd be their meal ticket. And they just proved that they don't favor him, by slamming him with a 100 point fine.
I'm so sick of people thinking that the sport is rigged, just because a team or driver is on a hot streak. Do you people honestly think that NASCAR would risk the whole business by rigging races? There are WAY too many people involved in the sport for them to get away with something like that.

UH...NO.
Let's look at "Hendrick haters" answer:
"Look back at the Daytona Gatorade duels when Jeff Gordon won the duel and later Nascar found his car was over an inch too low so what do they do? Yep make him start at the end of the field in a restrictor plate race which is NOT a penalty and say oops they did not mean to do it and no fines of any kind handed to the Hendrick boys."
--For anybody that knows anything about any automobile, an inch is a MILE. A penalty for a loose bolt, no. But I can assure you every team would 'accidently' leave some suspension bolts loose next time at Daytona. IT WAS A MILE TO LOW. It failed inspection by a MILE. PERIOD. To the back you go. No wonder he won the duals. He was flying a MILE lower than everyone else. Jeez--
"But then Kenseth gets caught with holes in his rims during qualifying and loses 50 points and a crew chief for 6 races along with the everhamn boys. ALL BEFORE THE DAYTONA 500 not even after the race."
--Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe they drilled holes in the rear wheel well's and in the center of the rivets holding the spoiler on NOT the wheels (huh, the wheels?) which is a blatent cheat. It lets the pressure out of the trunk area. There lucky it was only 50 point's--
" Now look at Juniors fine. A 100 points are you frickin kidding me! They changed it before the race not after right?"
--Kenseth's infraction's were on the *old car and barely gain a minimal competition advantage. Earnhardt f'd with the angle of the wing which can gain a big competition advantage. Plus it was on the *new car, as it is now called, which Nascar does not want anybody f'ing with. Soooo Earnhardts 8th place is really more like 40th now as far as points are concerned. I don't understand how you think that is a "fixed" race finishing 8th then penalized back to 40th. To be fair, would you rather see Jr. penalized before the race at a short track and start at the rear then finish 8th? Or would you rather see him finish 8th and then be knocked down to 40th because of the penalty? He did start 21st you know. Let's just say he would have finished 11th if he started dead last.
Before the race, after the race, what does it matter. This is points racing. And he now recieved the points of a 40th finish NOT 8th. --
"Plus if you nascar fans do your homework Goodyear had a test at Darlington earlier this year and invited everyone but the fords."
--Cannot find anything on this. Do you have a link?--
"They make it so obvious now and Darlington they shined bright on who they wanted to win and Gordon even admitted he was surprised no caution was thrown at the end but laughed and said he was glad."
--I saw NO reason to throw a caution during the last 2 or 3 lap's. There was one guy that blew up but he was down low and exited the track safely.--

NASCAR is to unpredictable to favor certain driver. At any given moment any driver including them can be involved in a wreck or soemthing that could ruin their day and prevent them from winning a race. Everyone is coming up with these stupid theories because they are winning all the time and they are just really talented drivers. All the drivers including Jeff Gordon agree that NASCAR isnt being consistent wih the cautiosn but then again its a lose lose situation for them because people get mad at them for throwing the cautions and hten when they stop people get mad at them for not throwing it so its going to lead to some inconsistency among the races. I just say its impossible no matter who you are to be favored in NASCAR.

come on if it was fixed nascar would not have thrown the caution 2 times at darlington simply because of the fact that gordon was overheating more during cautions and if they were on his side to fix the race dont you think they wouldnt have thrown the caution because of that simple fact this incident should prove to everyone that nascar is not rigged but we all have our opinions so ill throw and to be honest if they would favor anyone it would be jr HMS is very strong this year 2 years ago it was roush racing with all 5 of his teams in the chase come one use your freakin head for more than a jr hat rack and grow some brains im tired of trieng to explain to yall idiots that nascar is not rigged and to hendrick hater those are 2 seperate incidents a car being to low could mean a faulty spring which may not been anybodys fault BUT DRILLING HOLES in a rim is very intentional another example jr this week got fined big time over a stupid bracket but i think that was a honest mistake do you think tony jr would have done that on purpose i dont think so yall quit bitchin at the hms boys ok CUZ EVERY DAMNED one of them teams one that track cheat in one way or another some just dont get caught

Every one pitched a hissy fit over the points when tony was not in the chase. Now they change the points and he still might not get in the chase Your still pitchin a hissy fit cause the fine for Jr. Is it fixed? Sure but Jimmy and Jeff didn't do it ya all did. Whine some more maybe they will just give Jr. or tony the trophy with out running any races at all.

I see alot of references to the Daytona Duel 125 where JG's car was a inch too low. Why was he not penalized more severly for that?
To those of you who never get the whole story, it might looked rigged in favor of JG; but you didn't get the rest of the story. The reason JG's car was an inch too low after the race versus before was because ONE OF THE SHOCKS ON HIS CAR BROKE. So NASCAR sent him to the back of the back not because he was cheating; but because he had to make repairs to his car during an impound event. NASCAR also determined that the car being lower by an inch did not in any way give JG an advantage.
All you conspiracy theorists out there might want to put a little more time and research into your theories before spouting off.

Nascar is not fixed , the best drivers are in position to win, that is all. Just cause a caution falls to help a driver , it also falls to hurt a driver. Remember, jeff gordon was about to blow up and the last thing he wanted was the last caution. He need air to help the engine and radiator stay cool and he had a bit of a lead, so that could have killed his car and help denny hamlin who certainly had the best car. Tony stewart and rest of gibbs racing need to grow up, cry babies!!!!!!

Oh he77 yes! A couple years ago, ROUSH could do no wrong - now the stable is HENDRICKS. Granted, when you are good, you are good - especially when momentum is on your side. BUT GET REAL PEOPLE. Nothing will change until there are empty seats...And not one person can do it alone. There will be enough people, one day, sick of the bull, that will be able to start a revolution to stop the insanity and bring back the basics. Good he77 - COT?? The only differentiating piece on the cars to separate the car makes are the stupid decals...(Benny and Dale shake their heads in and disbelief and disgust as they head off to play golf on a Sunday afternoon).
