find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I know it must be difficult trying to juggle life as a young mother, giving all your attention to your young one, and sometimes neglecting yourself. Well 2 years have gone by so it's your time now.
First things first make sure there isn't any potato chips, chocolates, nuts (except almonds) popcorn, sweets, cakes, biscuits, fizzy drinks etc in your pantry. These items you don't need, and don't say its' for the toddler, they don't need it either.
On rising in the morning - have a tbsp of apple cider vinegar in a glass of filtered water.
1. Remember to have a hearty breakfast. - A piece of fruit, a bowl of high fibre cereal or porridge without sugar.
2. Lunch - Steamed vegetables of your choice, salad (without dressing) Steamed, bake or grill chicken or fish.
3. Dinner - Something light, vegetable broth with a slice of wholemeal bread.

Remember to drink water, for your present weight of 221 lbs you'll need to drink at least 13 -14 glasses/per day.
Don't eat and drink, have a glass of water before your meal and an hour after.
You can snack on things like almonds, raisins, cranrasins, dates, apricots etc.
Try not to eat later than 7.00pm
Try brisk walking 3-4 times/per week for 20mins, push toddler in chair.

I also gaiined alot of weight when i had my son 3 years ago. I lost 25 kilos in 2 months but i went on tablets from the doctor. Very effective but side effects are not for everyone!! Diet and excercise works, i know you dont want to hear that but its the truth.

The body retains fat and fluid in response to toxins in the environment. In order to get lasting weight loss you must rid the body of the toxins AND eat healthy. There is a cleansing product that provides good nutrients and a total body cleanse for lasting weight loss.

100 pounds for one pregnancy?! You wouldn't happen to be a whale, would you?

Put down the burritos, get off of your ***, and you'll be back within an acceptable weight before too long. Maybe buy some gum. If you get the urge to snack out of habit, chew gum instead.

Eat healthy and excercise. It will take time but be patient and safe.
