Some vendors at flea markets will buy die cast but will give about 1/3 of book value.
You could go to a collectors or sports card shop and advertise there.
Or advertise them in a local newspaper.

What kind of die cast do you have? Is it still in the box?

You could also look for a collectibles shop, a lot of the guys that sell them also buy them (if they are still in the box and it mint condition). Hope that helps.

i took a HUGE hit when i sold my die cast, they are nowhere near as valuable as you think. Action made so many so there is very little demand. i sold mine on craigslist for 1/4 of what i spent
