And I am not fat...I am skinny, naturally. I try to gain weight in a healthy way but I just cant. I cant do anything about it I just have to hope I will look better as I get older. I am 19 though so I dont know how long that will be. But I get comments, every freakin day, and I am happy with my body but it still hurts when people make comments, some are concerned, some are jealous, some are mean, I mean it really varies. But I dont ever say anything...so how should I respond?!

Don't gain weight to please anyone else. Take a look at your BMI and you'll probably find you're perfectly normal. People just have this image that the "average" weight is healthy.
The correct answer to that is: "I'm... sorry?" (sarcastically) or "Why the hell is that your business?"

Ask them not to discuss your health, which is between you and your physician. They may be trying to give you a compliment, saying that you look good. They are indicating a kind of jealousy of your weight. With SO many discussions of weight of every kind on TV, in classes, gyms, and on the street, many people have forgotten that weight is a personal issue. Some people you remind that your health is your personal business may be a bit offended. Don't worry about that as long as you have been polite about it.
You do need to work on your reactions to the comments you get. Many people feel comfortable about making comments of all sorts to others, without being asked. They will always be out there, and those of us who would prefer they "but out," need to develop a thicker skin.

You can just say, "well, it's just the way I am" Maybe that won't shut everyone up but some will be quiet. As long as you put off that you are happy with yourself and don't care about other's opinions, most people will get the hint.

Just ignore the mean comments. Be proud of your body! I knew a guy who had this really slendar body and everyday people would say crap like "you're aneroxic", just because they were jealous.

Tell them you are happy with yourself the way you are and your weight doesn't concern them. I asked a question similar to this yesterday with a different variation only I have to deal with in-laws obsessed with my weight. It's a little different when you're not dealing with people you see regularly- actually, easier to shrug off.

In my opinion, the best way to answer comments like that is to just SMILE and NOD! :D That's what I do, and then I start a conversation about something else.

dont say anything to them unless they actually say something to you then tell them if they dont like what they see then turn away, your not trying to impress them anyways ,and in time god will take care of them, for every mean and nasty thing you do to someone it will come back to you three times worse,so just have fun with what god gave you and enjoy life as it comes to you,as long as you like yourself screw the worlds nasty people.

Say, thanks for being concerned but I'm fine. I eat whatever I want but this is how my metabolism is and I'm quite happy as I am. Then ignore the idiots. They are the same ones who would talk about you if you were fat.

Tell them you find their question to be rude, invasive, insensitive, and that your weight is none of their damned business.
That oughta shut `em up...
