Doesn't seem like your body would want to lose that much weight. five or ten pounds maybe but when you build muscle you will probably be gaining weight since muscle tissue is heavier than fat. Start by using cans of vegetables or a gallon jug of water if you're up to it. While you're watching a show you can lift the cans or jugs in each hand and then work your way up to hand weights that are heavier like 10 or twenty pounds etc. Go to Play it again sports and buy some used for less $. Load a backpack with books and walk up and down stairs at home or at a local college to build up the strength in your legs. You can also just carry the backpack around as you go to work etc. if you don't have time to isolate the exercises from your daily routine. Get a second job as a mover- that would sure do it and make you some extra cash besides! Try other physically demanding jobs on the side to build up your arms like doing some siding work or delivering furniture etc. and build up your wallet and your resume at the same time. It's great to work out but even better if you can get paid to do it, eh?

That is way too much weight man. If you wanna lose like 5-15 pounds which is within normal range there is routines and basic work outs you can do if you wanna lose that much weight might as well not eat for a month.
If you wanna lose normal weight just excerise more, cardio 5 days a week. Cut a carbs from your diet but not too much, like by 25%. Eat more protein.
Basically, Eat Right, Exercise, and don't party hard.
Sheesh 50 pounds...crazy also keep a good relationship with your doctor because before you can lose any weight or be on a diet plan talk to your doctor.

There is no FAST way of doing this without hurting yourself. About losing weight constantly, you can look at these sites, I've found some good stuff and lost weight. The funny thing is that I have tried it only because I wanted to keep my health in a more fun way, not because I needed to lose weight. After 2 weeks, my family and some friends started to ask me if I am on a diet (which I am not). I'm just having fun every morning and evening doing some exercises that I like.
What you must read carefully, though, is that you must practice this stuff after a 2 hours break from eating, not with a full stomach. Good luck!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Why would you wanna lose that much weight. Typically girls don't like guys the same size as them. I would suggest just toning up. My boyfriend is 5'9'' and 190 pound body builder. Start lifting and see if that changes your mind. Good luck and God Bless

In addition to working out check out the various diet food vendors on line, look for free memebership and free counseling. I found myhealthmanagement.com had everything I needed to get on a healthy diet and lose weight.

Internal body cleansing helps rid your body of toxins. The body's response to toxins is to manintain fat and fluid. Get rid of the toxins and the fat and fluid come off and stay off!Conventional 'diets" dont get rid of the toxins so the weight comes back. An total internal body cleanser that provides nutrients is the best way to go for long lasting results.I know of one that has an average loss of 7lbs in 9 days. I can't mention it by name here due to the community guidelines. if you want to know more email me (my id @ yahoo).
