It sounds like you are very, very agitated right now. Please call your local crisis line for assistance.

a woman without a man is like a fish without a bicycle; its an unnecessary addition to your life. Dont define yourself and your feelings by your boyfriend! Have a littel self respect. Make him call you! Just relax: youve got a lot of life ahead of you; time passes quickly and there are lots of nice thigns in the world beside your boyfriend. Even if you broke up that wouldnt be the endf of the world. PLenty of pebbles on the beach.

sounds like you really love hI'm. pretty normal to me. the only suggestion i can give is to know that when all is said and done he still loves you and that he might need a few minutes to think things through. so give him some time ( it will take a lot of self control but you can do it.). im sure he knows you love him and want to make things right even when hes mad. if i can help or you need someone to talk to you can e-mail me at hunter1stshot@yahoo.com. i wish you the best of luck.

There is a name for it "Obsessive love" . It's not healthy.
You could try getting some counselling to find the underlying reason but simply it sounds like you have given your power away and it's causing anxiety. Try to get a healthy relationship that is based on mutual respect where there are no power games.
Take care.

Sounds like you are dealing with anxiety and even fear? Anxiety causes us to think life will almost end if certain things take place. For example your boy friend breaking up with you or him being mad. Anxiety causes the heart to race, crying and sleeplessness. Believe me life will go on and we survive whatever comes our way. I suggest you read some books on anxiety. God Bless!

Given your description, I would say you are someone that has a low self-esteem, most likely are obsessed with him and have anxiety attacks (heart beating fast, fear of dying, etc.).

Sometimes, we have trauma in our past that gets replayed over and over in certain similar situations.

I strongly suggest you seek out counseling and discuss this, it is something that will not go away on its own and usually will make your life miserable. Do yourself a favor, seek out someone to talk to a.s.a.p.

You probably have anxiety. Look up some mental and emotional disorders online, match the symptoms to those you are having, and call a doctor or counselor.
