find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.

Hi, You don't need to loose weight fast take your time. This works for me eating sensibly only when you are hungry. Be positive active happy and focus on your goal. Be strict with your exercise regimen walk alot also run if you can but don't over do it. Use the bicycle on a sunny day. Be good to yourself remember to lay off the sweets, cokes , and Carbs. Remember self-discipline and love yourself. Don't buy new clothes if you gain weight always wear the same clothes this way you will notice the improvements. Its all Psychological in some cases. Good luck.. Don't forget the Vitamins

Liver removes the toxins left after fat metabolism. To enhance its functioning, take bee pollen and sarsaparilla. 200-400 mgs of milk thistle extract daily, will produce new liver cells.
Freshwater algae are a food rich in protein that helps you when you start detoxifying. Taking 2-3 grams of spirulina or chlorella will cure the symptoms of detoxification like headaches, irritability and anxiety.
Taking dairy products and calcium will speed up fat loss. Consume equal amounts of calcium and magnesium (max. intake should be 1000 mg per day) to calm down the body and enjoy deep sleep.

Eat fruits, vegetables, and grains. Eat lean meats and other protein, such as eggs and nuts. Choose whole-grain breads and cereals. Avoid deep-fried foods and choose healthier cooking methods, such as broiling, grilling, roasting, and steaming. Limit sugary drinks, fast food, chips and candy. But don't completely ban favorite snacks from your home. Instead, make them "once-in-a-while" .
The most important advice:Don't skip breakfast! The weight will come off and will stay off. good Luck!
