They have no right to search your property or person without a warrant with probable cause, yet they do it any time they want, you get stopped for speeding and they are digging in your car, ect. happens every day.

Every American has been spied on by the phone companies per Bush instructions....defending our freedom by assaulting our rights (Republican logic)

That's a clear violation of the United States Constitution

but so is almost every action taken by the Bush administration

so what should be a huge deal about a massive infringement of our right to privacy....

becomes just more same ol same ol

The Bush Crime Family really must go...and this time we must learn and never let these people seize power again
(they didn't win a single election...they seized power)

just as long as we dont see any brown shirts and jack boot
wearing men marching down the street with some funny looking flags flying like they did in the thirties and forites.
