There is NO good safe way to lose weight quick. Nothing fast is safe or lasting. You didn't gain weight overnight, you shouldn't lose it that way. Here is a great website community for you to join. There are tons of great helps there and you can join in with others! www.sparkpeople.com It's GREAT!!
Bless you........and tell the guys to get lost.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

stay away from fast food. I know thats really tough for a teenager but sacrifices must be made if you want to lose weight.
Also take gym class seriously, don't skip it. Instead of watching TV go outside and do activities. Young people used to do that before the internet and cable television. when I was a kid I was on my bicycle or playing football with friends nearly every day it seems.

NO SODA!!! forget the chips and cookies (thats for the weekends only) eat 5-6 small meals per day including breakfast, drink plenty of water, 8 ounces with each meal, drink water as soon as u wake up then pee, and drink before u sleep and pee. make sure u do # 2 everyday, eat fruits and vegs, excersise every other day, do not eat within 4 hrs of u'r bedtime, do 100 crunches before u sleep, and get prlenty of sleep. dont stress that makes u retain weight in u'r mid-section. take stairs instead of elevators, walk instead of takin the bus, good luck
