Literal translation in Italian would sound really weitd.
We have a different saying to express what you mean and in current Italian it's "Ti amo tanto da morire " or " Ti amo da morire"
In Spanish should be
"Tanto te amo que me duele" or "Tanto te amo que me muero"

I would suggest, since there are several possibilities, all given here, go with the Spanish: te amo para siempre or the italian comparable: ti amo per sempre (I didn't really know that, just learned it from one of your answerers.) because those are the more romantic choices. The comparable in Portuguese would be unique, too.
