I'm using Ponds facial scrub. I don't eat oily foods and chocolates...but still having zits! and the scars darken..help me please

Pro active works great at clearing up bad acne and to help get rid of the scars use preparations H hemmoroid oinment....the generic brands are just as good....
I know it sounds crazy but it really does work! You can use it on any scar anywhere and it will lighten it and lessen the scars appearance. Don't ask me how but it just works. I have been using it for years.
I recently had surgery on my arm and had disgusting scars that were purplish and it has lessened the appearance of it in just a couple of weeks and it also softens the texture of a scar so if it raised up above your normal skin where you can feel the scar it will also get rid of the tissue scarring that causes the bumpiness

The facial scrub might not be suitable for you. You can always try to use this particular brand Miho Bio foam to cleanse your face and afterwhich apply CE cream or Miho White Essence to lighten the scars. Do it daily to see the results.
This might be new to you but you can always check out the link to the online store. The product is not sold in any drug store except online.

maybe the facial scrub is causing the scarring .. Have you tried neutrogena or apricot scrub .. They remove the darkspots in skin with out causing more spots to come ... and you should not drink soda either. Keep your hair from your face and hands also . and check with your doctor .. if all that doesn't work ... Good Luck

Retin-A is great for scarring. It slowly peels away the layers of the skin to bring the new skin to the surface. It is amazing! I also use Benzaclin for recent pimples and outbreaks.

First off, never pick at them. Picking at zits leads to scarring. You should talk to your dermatologist and see what face cleaning product would be good for you. Pro Active is supposed to be pretty good.

after the scrub, use a toner, and spot treatment (some kind of drying treatment directly only on affected areas.) then put on a good sensitive skin lotion (like olay.) dont touch your face, never sleep with makeup.
When you wake up, use toner and then put on the moisturizer again, but do not use the face scrub.
I have gorgeous skin.

be sure you don't pick. that will make the scars worse. I use proactive, too. it really does work wonders! also, don't touch your face (like when you rest your hand on your face) wipe your cell phone down, etc. every little bit helps.

I just wanted to say I have pro active but my skin is to sensitive and it doesn't work for me, it makes my skin pink, it burns but maybe I'm putting on to mush, I saw allot of people said pro active.

I have the same problem.
Don't eat too much bad food.
Use face wash when you take a shower and see a dermatologist
Could also be your hormones
