You shouldn't remove them yourself. Some moles are cancerous.
Moles, or nevi, are frequently removed for a variety of reasons. They can be removed by 2 surgical methods:
Excision (cutting) with stitches: Click here to view step-by-step photos of this type of mole removal.
Excision with cauterization (a tool is used to burn away the mole): Click here to view step-by-step photos of this type of mole removal.
Although laser has been tried for moles, it is not usually the method of choice for most deep moles because the laser light doesn’t penetrate deeply enough.
Typically, the doctor or dermatologist (a skin specialist) may choose excision with or without stitches depending on the depth of the mole and the type of cosmetic outcome desired.

Skin moles happen to be hyper-pigmentation which may surface all over. These might get extracted using surgery, or better yet through a number of store products or home made remedies.
Surgical treatment is pricey, costing between $100 to $400 and it might bring about skin damage. Home remedies usually are economical and will be able to remove unnattractive moles within just a couple days without leaving scar issues.
Home made remedies may use onion, tea tree oil, or maybe baking soda and castor oil applied during several days.

You should not pluck hair from the mole, you should have the mole removed by a doctor.

With a tweezer. Hopefully, you're referring to the hair that's growing out of the mole, and not the mole itself.

Get it removed by a professional, using Laser. Don't try to get it out yourself for it will leave an ugly scar.
