by overall weight (fat) loss
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

It would be WEIGH

not WEIGHT

but anyhoo...

Only ways to lose inches off the tummy are as follow:

Exercising... Whether it be jogging, bicylcing or anything that burns calories

Ab workouts... Crunches are the way to go (avoid situps)

Stomach Vacuum... Google it - it is where you take your naval and try to make it touch your back for about 30 seconds... do this 3 times a day EVERYDAY

I did the the Stomach Vacuum with Crunches for about 2 months so far... and haven't lost any weight! but yet lost about 2 inches off my waste

It's crazy

Cardio exercise. Weight training can help because it also burns calories, but all you're doing is building muscle beneath the fat. Try a combonation- but Cardio- like running, swimming (lengths) is very effective.

Also, watch your diet. Cut out unnecessary calories.
Good Luck!
