I have an 8 year old daughter who thinks boys are annoying and doesn't like them at all. He'll get over it! But seriously, whether he gets over it or not - he's your son and you should love him either way!

Be thankful for that!!!!!! My 13 year old just finally has a crush on a girl and that is it. He is so shy it will not go further then that. Boys and girls date way to young now. I have seen parents take 4th graders out on movie dates and such. Be happy and remember at 7 girls have cooties. I would never even encourage it. Get him involved in activities so he likes them better.

He's only 7 7 years olds think that girls are yucky and have cooties!!! It's totally normal nothing to worry about it will pass

yep worry. At 7 he knows what he is going to like and dislike and it won't change. He will be a lonely old man.....are you kidding? Of course at 7 he possibly doesn't like girls. Don't you know they have girl germs. Make the most of it because in a few years you will be longing for the time he disliked them

No, all kids develop differently. My six year old is already planning his wedding and my eleven year old didn't start noticing girls until he was about nine because he was too wrapped up in his own thing to bother with girls. Every child is different so don't worry.

I wouldn't worry about it. My son is 7 years old and his favorite place to eat is Hooters, but if I ask him if he has a g/f or if he likes them....he says No Way........I don't like girls.

I can't think of one 7yo boy that likes girls. Heck, my boys are 11 and 12 and not interested in girls yet. NO, I'm not worried about them being gay, they're just more interested in doing boy stuff. The longer they can go without noticing girls, the easier my life will be.
