this is weird but does anyone know a little about the process of modern high rise construction thanks

There is no difference between construction of high rise building and low rise building the difference is the error tolerance.
For example in high rise building the column verticality must be 100% but in low rise building 200 mm may be acceptable … I think you want to know the difference in the structural design and it is a long story and you have to be a structural engineer to understand the technical words
