School Is Almost over and here comes the summer! Last summer I tried to lose weight unfortunately it didn't work because I broke my diet and then felt guilty about it. I am really inpatient , for example last year I wanted to see results quick. This year I want it to be different I want to actually lose weight, but in order to do this I need help in knowing what foods to eat and what exercises to do. For Example what foods and exercises are good for the morning, afternoon, and at night?. Should I have different exercises every time so I don't get bored? Also my brother plays baseball and I usually go to all his games what are some good and healthy snack ideas to take to his games?

PS. I am 15 years old

THANKS =)

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

at 15, take it slow. you want to make sure you're healthy enough for your body to keep developing. I had a couple friends when i was that age who took it way too extreme and ended up in the hospital. One of them can no longer have children. if you're serious about health and weight loss, i'd talk to a doctor first. Otherwise, walking is best since it helps your outer appearance and your heart and such. sit ups are a quick way to tone your stomach. make sure you eat balanced meals. veggies for snacks, and lay off the sweets and sodas. also, if you do other exercises, don't push yourself. it won't help your body if you bench press 60 lbs about ten times. find a comfortable limit, and just repeat it as you can. repetition will help more than anything.

Cardio would be the answer, run or walk a couple miles a day. Stay away from fat foods and sodas!! It will be pretty hard to stop eating fast food completely so I recommend that you only allow yourself to eat fast food during the weekends this is a great way to lose some weight

To lose weight successfully, you should know the food that you eat can either make you THIN or FAT!!!
Yes,it is really important. You should know the truth:
1.Low Fat Foods DON'T WORK...
2.Low Calorie Diets DON'T WORK...
3.Low Carb Plans DON'T WORK...
I followed the guide above and I lost 10 lbs in 7 days and then 30 lbs in less than a month.
I followed the guide on:
