Can BFI powder be used for rashes or itchies or infections on testicals?

BFI should never be used on a large area. It is intended only for minor cuts, scrapes and minor burns. I would not use it on the testicles (please see a doctor). Rashes usually cover a good sized area so don't use it unless the area isn't large.
Any infection should be seen by a doctor and not home treated. I am sure you don't want to take a risk with the family jewels so I highly recommend seeing a doctor if you have an infection on your testicles.
