you see its like this. I like this girl and she lives 2 blocks from me, but her best friend likes me and so does my neibor. My neibor is a good looking girl but she is to overprotective what should I do!!???

You said it all in the first sentence of your paragraph. You said "I like this girl"
Why are you worried about the other girls. It seems that you are confused and should take a step backwards and ask yourself what you actually like about any and all of them and choose the right one for you. If the best friend is actually a best friend, she will understand. Your neighbor might just have a crush because she sees you a lot more than the rest. Take a step back and realize what you have in common with all of them before making a decision.

It sounds to me like you need to communicate with your neighbor and let her know that she has no business being "overprotective." I don't understand what the big deal is with her best friend...so she likes you...so what? With all this attention from the ladies, I wonder if you're not being a tease, playing mind games, and leading them to believe that you're interested. If this is not the case (and I hope it's not), then stop being silly and go for what, or who, you really want.

You should always follow your heart - if you want the girl that lives 2 blocks away - go for it. Be up front with the other 2 and they can't be made at you, they will respect your honesty, even if they are upset at first, just still be friendly and it will be ok.

Do what "you" want. Don't let someone else push aside your main objective. If it comes down to it, be blunt. Tell your neighbor she's cute and all, but your interests are for someone else.
