Personally, I visit Nail Trx but if you prefer to grow them ;) most drug stores carry a generic hair, nail and skin capsules. Usually in brownish clear bottles and are soft gel capsules. Those work very well.

Use Hoof Hardner. Comes in a little jar. At Walmart. Put it on whenever you sit down. It helps keep nails moistened and less dry, which causes breaking.

ok well, when i grow my nails out, i paint them, so they dont break as easy, cuz when there is paint on it, it makes ur nails like thicker, and dont bite on ur nails.. also i get this kind of stuff u can get at like walmart, it just makes ur nails grow faster, it like clear nail polish.

i've found that miracle 8 (or miracle 6) ginseng oils help my nails grow. the only problem is that my nails tend to peel and break easily, so if you have that problem, you should use nail hardener or liquid acrylic as well.

Nail strengthener and fortifiers will work. Keep the nails clean and your cuticles clipped and conditioned too.

1) avoid using nail clippers; only use a nail file to shorten and shape them

2) keep them moisturized w/ vitamin E oil, Solar Oil, Vaseline or plain lip balm

3) avoid products w/ formaldehyde & toluene
