Eh. Not wear socks. I don't wear socks most of the time anyway, if I'm in a rush....But the bigger question here is, how would you eat? You have no money, and your biggest concern is socks????

Go without socks and throw your shoes away after the vacation.
But if you don't have money for socks, then do you have money for food? Use some of that money to buy a 12 pack of socks from Walmart. The cost of the socks are less than the cost of a Big Mac meal at McDonalds!

if you don't want to buy new socks then you go without. I've been without lots of things when I've traveled. If it's warm enough I prefer sandals, like Teva's so I don't have to pack socks anyway.
