it doesnt happen because of vitamin deficiency - it happens because of nutrient deficiency - protein, helthy fats, carbs, dietary fiber etc.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

There is a product (in Australia at least) called optislim. It is a weeks worth of replacement shakes for $30. It has every vitamin and mineral you need. It puts your body in ketosis (fat burning) after a few days and if you drink several litres of water a day, plus dont cheat at all (snacks put it out of ketosis) weight lose can be rapid (i lost a kilo a day at one stage). Be careful you only use it to get to a healthy weight. I know if you are a teen girl you may feel that success in most things hinges on looking attractive (ie slender). The problem is teen girls can get so overwhelmed by the emotion of their problems and dont see that they have dieted too much and are actually becoming unattractive. Ask the doctor your ideal weight and dont diet beyond it.

Ummmm no. If you did, then once you started eating again you would rapily gain the weight all back. Food is not a bad thing.. it's a good thing. Just some people abuse it and dont knwo when to stop eating. If you eat a good healthy balanced diet, you will loose weight and it will stay off (if you continue to eat healthy) a stupid pill isn't going to do the trick. Sorryyy :|

You may lose some weight but you will damage your body in other ways and shut down your metabolism. you will also gain back the weight and then some when you do start eating. Stay under 1200 calories a day and exercise thirty minutes a day and you will be amazed at how your body changes shape and the weight will fall off.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

yes you will lose weight very fast. However get ready to plan your funeral. why would you deprive your body of something that it needs. Some vitamins that your body needs are in the food and you can not substitute with store bought vitamins. keep eating your regular meals but learn how to count your calories and learn how to eat healthy. There are plenty of health groups that are out there try getting involve as well as exercising you will see results. PLEASE DON'T NEGLECT WHAT YOUR BODY NEEDS!!!! GOOD LUCK

I guess you could, but then you would grow weak from lack of food (vitamins don't replace food) and your metabolism will slow way down causing your body to lose weight more slowly than if you ate healthy and excersise. Just say no to anorexia!!!

You will find that you will get sick or lose weight VERY slowly that way. Refusing your body a certain amount of calories will make your body think that it is starving and go into that mood, holding onto every calorie as long as possible. A slow diet is the safest means to lose weight

No, that's a bad idea. It will hurt you, don't do it. You don't just need vitimins, you need the actual food too. If you want to be healthy, and not harm your body, you should never eat less than 1200 calories a day if you're a girl, and 1400 i fyou are a guy.
