chest acne?

I have a question about acne.I have pimple like blemishes on my chest right above the top opf my bra.I have tried poping them,acne creame , clearasil 3 day creame, and nothing. Please give me treatment ideas or a solution

I have the same problem. It sometimes goes away then when it gets warm i get them again. I try the scrub brush and exfoliating it took most away.
