all you will lose is water weight and muscle not fat and also you will slow down your metabolism dramatically which will make fat loss in future even harder. plus you will gain back more than lost as soon as start eating normal.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

First of all laxatives are not a healthy or wise alternative to weight loss. Research 'Bulimia nervosa' because that's where your mindframe is leading you. Why are you fasting? Is it for religious reasons? If not you may need to aviod doing so. I do not know where you live but I'm sure the weather is warm and the risk of dehydrating is high, put your overall health before quick weight loss which never last long anyway. Anything worth having is worth WORKING for. If you never learned to eat properly and exercise how exactly do you expect to maintain any weight loss???
abdominal exercise:
Towel crunch
Crunch with lateral flexion
slow sit up
lateral bridge
v up
knee in
windshield wipers
twisting pulse up
bicycle
Arm, chest & shoulders:
Assisted push up
chest press
incline chest press
biceps curl
hammer curl
lying triceps extension
flat dumbell fly
Lower body:
Pile
squat
lunge
wall sit
outer thigh leg lift
inner thigh leg lift
quadruped kickback
Don't forget your cardio 30-60 minutes daily or at least most days of the week & do not forget to stretch after your warm up and cool down. Also your diet is important, overeating is as dangerous as straving yourself. Eat to live rather than living to eat for success in maintaining your weight. Be patient!

You can't take laxative and do running... maybe the runs.
Sit ups don't make you lose weight, they tone your muscles and make your tummy appear flatter. Eat a high protein big breakfast and a tiny late lunch. Fast after 4 PM and eat no more than 1000 calories a day. You will lose five pounds in one week.

well i learn the other day from nutrition class that its healthy to lose 2 pounds a week. You do this buy eating more vegies and less meat or animal products. Do an hour and a half of excercise.( treadmill, running outside, light lifting with alot of reps. aerobic excercise mainly) mainly cardio. And sit ups. Your workout have to be intense. Concentrate alot on diet.

Fasting and a laxative tea are not the way to go. that makes your body feel deprived and it stores the fat instead of losing it. A better way is smaller portions, regular exercise, gradually building up your amount of exercise, drinking lots of water, and getting enough sleep.

you'll gain it all back as soon as you stop, you might as well eat what you want and throw it all up, you'll get the same negative effects
