I am not an atheist, as I am always open to various beliefs whether they include deities or not. But I can speak as someone who is familiar with the Bible (since I was raised by Christian parents) and as someone who is open-minded...
God is a deity, a being believed to be supreme and have control over all things. God is believed to be a being who sees all and knows all. Whereas the Bible is believed by many to be "His word". But both are a matter of personal belief. It is said by many, particularly Christians and other Abrahamic religions, that one cannot believe in God without believing in the Bible. Such is not the case. Everyone is free to believe what they wish. Why people cannot get this basic concept through their thick heads is beyond me! You do YOUR thing, girl! Don't worry about what others think.

Not an Atheist, however I would think it's quite clear:
God: an abstract deity worshipped, loved, and feared by a religious group known as Christinaity
Bible: a book written by early Christians describing what they thought happened before them regarding Christianity (Old Testament) and by a group of people who knew a Jewish man commonly known as Jesus (New Testament)

God is a general purpose name given to something that usually thought to have supernatural qualities and people worship.
The Bible is an attempt to in some way define a God and how to worship it, it is like a guide of sorts.
