Ami fat? i am 5'8, 180 pounds. i am 14. My belly will hang over my pants, and is jiggly. my waist is like 38. If i walk, my belly always jiggles. am i fat? i dont need someone saying i am bc my fat hangs over my pants.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I hate the term "fat". I would say your abdominal muscles are weak and you need to work at strengthening them. For your height your weight is reasonable, focus on resistance training with bands rather than weights if possible unless you have an experienced & knowledgeable adult to teach you proper weight training techniques. Also aim to do cardio 30-60 minutes most days of the week. I remember in school physical ed wasn't very physical so its possible you need additional exercise outside of school. Also look online for abdominal exercises that you can perfore 2-3 days per week. You only need 6-8 exercises and it should take you no more than 25 minutes to perform them.

You don't need to ask someone else whether you are "fat", your focus should be on finding a body weight at which you are healthy as well as comfortable. Talk to your doctor if you have a major concern.

It sounds like you could stand to get in shape. Just some easy exercises - get in a routine and you'll have more visible muscle tone. Run as far as you can - each day run a little further. Do crunches, push ups and whatever exercises you enjoy. Play a pick up game, play catch, b-ball...

I am a little heavier than you and taller ..but i am 14..and i noe wut you are going through....my advice is just to try to cut down and you will slowly lose weight ..dont try to lose weight really fast because you will end up gaining even more ..take it from me.. its embarrasing cuz everyone gives you weird looks..and people talk about you...ignore them..becuz they have no right to say anything..if they make fun of you...tell them to F#%^ off..people who make fun of u are not ur friends.......as for now..stop eating so much...or if you dont eat alot...make better choices in what you eat....good luck

If u wana be more fit, start going to the gym, maybe getting a trainer, and eating healthier foods.
