Recently with school Ive been sooo unbelievably busy with exams and projects ..everything. I didn't really have time to work out at the gym 3 times a week like I had been. And my eating habits went down the drain too. I barely had time for anything. Now that it's all over..I really need help to get back in shape. Ideally I'd love to lose 10 lbs in the next few weeks. And hopefully by the end I'll lose about 20 total lbs when im finished and i just have to tone up. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions on what food to eat or what routine to go by at the gym? Anything would help!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Anything for the quick fix usually ends up rotten, if not dangerous, in the end. Just do what you can to get back to your old habits and routines and the weight should come back off.

go for resistance/light weight training. It works absolute wonders on your metabolism and muscle mass. Also, try to eat raw fruits and veggies. Stay away from starchy carbs and empty calories. And keep up a positive attitude. That's the most important part! ;) Best wishes to you.
