I think the key is (in some form) because I believe time is not fundamental but derived. So the universe always exists in a timeless sense ( like mathematics), even though time as a derived property may or may not have a beginning.

God was begotten, meaning yes he has been here throughout infinite time, (backwards OR forwards), but our time, (that is the creation of the universe) is dependent of God's time, but not vice versa. This mean's that the time that God was around before the Universe is immeasurable by our standards. So God wasn't around for this many million years before He was like ok, let's make some Earth. His "God-time" so to speak, lasted technically forever because our invention of hours and minutes had not been created indirectly by Him yet. Get it?

Theists want to say that "God always existed". They are making a claim about someone they can't even prove exists. I say that the Universe always existed in some form, I can prove that the Universe exists cause we're living in it. There's no need for a god at all.

Einstein.
Time did not exist before the Big Bang.
The universe could not have existed in any form without time. It is beyond human comprehension.
And no, the "heartbeat theory" is bunk, been disproven because there is not enough matter in the universe to be drawn back into a "big crunch."

Ahh, the problem, you see, is that humans are products of a temporal existence, so we tend to think of everything in terms of beginning and ending.
Ask someone to describe infinity and they will probably say, "a number that goes on forever", or "living forever", but we really can't grasp the concept of infinity. In your mind, you'll always imagine infinity as "continuing past the end" but infinity might just be smaller than small, or a shorter and shorter slice of time. The universe may exist only as a split second hiccup or wink of an eye, or it might be folding in upon itself over and over, or it might be like a slinky on an escalator.

Yes, the whole creation is the Lord Himself, and the creation is also non different from Him, but simultaneously He, as the original Personality of Godhead Sri Krishna, is aloof from the created manifestation. He lives eternally in His spiritual planet in the eternal spiritual universe. And this material universe also is eternal, but is destroyed and created again and again in schedule times. When destroyed, it merges into the body of God along with all living entities, and when is created, comes out from the body of God again along with the all living entities, destined to live in this material world due to their material desires.

Logic and Reason are only human inventions, tools, etc. There are living things which do not allow themselves to be seen by our microscopes, but yet they exist. We know this because of the effects which we CAN observe. What about things which we cannot at present observe? Are they non-existant?
There are also things we cannot understand. Because we cannot understand them, does this mean they do not exist?

The first law of thermodynamics states that energy cannot be created or destroyed. Therefore the substance of the universe always was. Anyone who doesn’t like it is free to do so.

What if that which we think of as 'God', were also that which we think of as the 'Universe' ?

I agree with most of what you write, however I would suggest that the 'temporal' part refers to our physical emanations, our bodies, but that there is another part, an energetic emanation, which is also atemporal.
