Nope.

I believe in LESS governmental regulation, not more. I'd be MORE inclined to just discontinue the National Flood Insurance Plan, except it would wreak economic havoc on large areas of the country.

If any legislation should be considered, it should be the elimination of federal funding for those that know they are building on a flood plain then cry to the sky when it floods and they don't have any insurance coverage.

Yes, the flood insurance is expensive; especially when you live on a flood plain - for a reason!
