find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Boy are you going the wrong way on this one! You're going to get sick... If you want to lost weight get on a good diet and exercise routine. I highly recommend Weight Watchers. Eight years ago I joined and lost 57 3/4 pounds - I bike 10 miles every day and am on the treadmill 1 hour and 15 minutes (5 miles) every day. I have kept all of the weight off. It is an easy program if you have the guts to stick with it. Good luck!

What you're doing is extremely dangerous. Bulimia can directly lead to heart failure, gastric rupture, and a lot of other things that can result in your death.

You'd be much better off losing weight in a healthy manner, as bulimic people actually sometimes tend to be a little heavier than people without the disorder (due to the binge eating aspect of the disease).

You need to get help immediately. Please be safe.

Nope it wont make you skinny at all. I suggest going on a no carb diet. What you are doing is damaging your esophagus not helping your weight.

You have an eating disorder. Please seek treatment.
If you continue this, you will not get skinnier. You are harming yourself!!!
