what is truth - will it set you free , is there such a thing as truth or lie or is it a matter of opinion . If it's false - why ? If it is true - why not ? Who know the truth , the whole truth , and nothing but the truth .........So help us God ( or only God ) Does science know the truth , or is it theroy ? speaking of theroy , if we proove it , does it make it truth or is it still a matter of opinion , how many theroys are proven to be true only to find 10 years later that a new theroy destroys the old one ( kind of like evolution )
circular questioning will get us no where , bub . Circular logic is even worse .

False. Christians are probably the only ones who aren't scared of the truth. We know how it all turns out because we read the last chapter.

John Calvin, a famous theologian, lawyer and educator and contemporary of Martin Luther once said, "All truth is God's truth." Based on that, Christians embrace the truth. The truth centers around the Gospel message that we are sinners, God is perfect, Jesus died to take the penalty for our sins and we can be viewed as perfect because of what Jesus did for all who claim Him as Savior. That is nothing to be scared of.
So, in a word, FALSE.

False, because the righteous Christian is clean. The words of truth are hard against all uncleanness; but the righteous fear them not, for they love the truth and are not shaken. The guilty take the truth to be hard, for it cuts them to the very center. John 3:20 says, "For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved."
I remember when I was an atheist/agnostic. When someone preached to me I got so angry and hateful. I realize now that I hated the truth because it convincted me of my sins and made me feel ashamed. I don't know about you but nobody wants to fell ashamed of themselves. We want to feel pride. However, I came to repentance and then the truth was sweet to me. Because one of the truths is that we can be forgiven for the things that we do if we turn our hearts to the Lord and strive to live the way we should. I've learned this great truth of which I am eternally grateful. God bless you.
