How frequently and at what intensity? How come you can be strong but not toned?

muscle is always toned it is the amount of subcutaneous fat (body fat) that changes. to keep lean once you are you have to balance the caloric intake and the amount of exercise. it takes a lot to go from being lean to fat. you pretty much have to halt all physical activity and consume a caloric excess for an extended period of time that would span over a year +.
