I believe that you are headed down a dangerous path. At your age, height, and weight, you are very healthy and in the normal ranges. I know it is easy to say to you, "stop with all this nonsense and love your body," but it isn't that easy and I believe that you need some sort of therapy so that you know how beautiful and perfect you are right now. Don't hate a body that can sustain itself. Don't hate a body that can conceive and birth babies. Don't hate a body that God so loves and made for specifically you. If you are so intent on getting skinnier, do it healthily and exercise within limits But don't do that to your body, I am going to tell you what can happen. First, you will think that it is cool that you are losing a couple pounds here and there, you will do it for a few months with no problems. Then you will notice that your hair is falling out, your skin is dry and cracking (perhaps bleeding), you have killer heartburn because the esophagus (feeding tube) is wearing away, leaving small hole or ulcers there, then your body will start getting fat from other places like behind your eyes (you will have a sunken in look with your eyes), and you will always look tired and energy-less. It will turn the beautiful person that you are into a monster...is all that really worth it?

Don't be silly! Bulimia is NOT the way to go!! Using the eliptical / cross trainer can give a good excercise but maybe you can try kick boxing, you'll lose a lot of weight if you combine that with healthy eating -- healthy eating does not involve inducing vomittin afterwards! But you have to be aware that you won't slim down right away, it'll take some time, aprox. 1-2 months. so don't start excercising for a couple of wks or days and then give up bc you don't see a difference. start by excercising 3 times a week and then after getting used to it, incr that to 5 times a week.
Gd Luck!

You're not fat. You sound beautiful to me. Curves are sexy. Lots of men love curves. Why do you want to look like a coat hanger? Just because some girls at school do?
I have the same curves you do and I felt fat in high school and I let it make me unhappy a lot of times. Then I met a really nice, really smart guy who liked my curves just fine. We've been married 22 years.
Don't fret about your weight, sweetie. It's not worth the anguish. Be yourself, let your personality shine through, and the people who are *worth* being your friends will love you no matter what your shape or size.
Bulimia will ruin your life and your digestive system and put you at risk for serious illnesses. It has done that to a lot of women. It also adds stress to their lives and makes them look prematurely old and wrinked. You don't want that.
Eat healthy meals with lots of fruit and veggies, exercise thirty minutes a day four to five days a week, and don't eat after 10 p.m.
That will make you feel healthy and good about yourself. It will make your skin glow and your hair shine and give you energy that will only add more to your natural beauty. You'll have more boys interested in you than you'll know what to do with.

No, your fine at that weight your 15 and your body is changing at a faster rate in different areas. I'm assuming your a female and for your hips to get larger and carry more fat is normal and HEALTHY! Bulimia is UNHEALTHY! Just maintain a healthy diet an excercise and you will be fine. Your just a head of your friends in growing.

Big hips can be due to couple of things.... either lots of fats there.. or the hip structure is that way.
Basically, u mentioned that you are still in your teens.. so don't worry.
At this age, it is more about inculcating good eating habits that you will surely bring on later in life. Trust me, what you get use to now, will affect how you will eat later on.
Anyway, this also is your mental outlook on yourself. If you get more involved in outdoor activities.. eat healthier meals... do more sports, you will feel more confident, and soon enough, it doesn't matter what you look like outside. You know you feel good inside.. and you know people find you good outside. You no longer have to feel or anticipate what ppl see...
That's the beauty of being healthy and fit !

Bulimia is a mental desease, I hope you're clear on that one.
I'm not going to tell you that "you're fine". Yeah, our family will always tell us that we're perfect, thus invalidating our feeling, which in turn makes us feel even worse. So don't go around them whining about your weight. You are within healthy range, but you could drop a pound or two if you wish. Insead of worrying yourself over it, get yourself an exersise program and follow it. Which one of them works? They all work, but only if you follow them. And don't eat late in the evening, because that goes directly into fat.

Purging will not make your hips smaller. In fact, the vast majority of bulimics are average to overweight.
Nip this body image obsession in the bud RIGHT NOW. Let your parents know that you are concerned that you may be developing an eating disorder. Have them help you get into therapy NOW before you end up living a lifetime battling an illness that takes the lives of countless women.

Whatever you do DO NOT try to starve yourself, or make yourself throw up. it's not healthy and it will just lead to worse and worse things. If you wanted to lose a few pounds I wouldn't go below 100 and you need to lose weight the healthy way. Try to eat healthier foods instead of junk and exercise more. But if you're only 110 pounds I can probably bet you are not fat.

You are maturing but 110 is not bad with your height. I wish I was that size. You are good and should not try anything like bulimia. You will only make yourself sick. Try racewlking or running and cutting down on your carbs. Drink more water.

Trust me bulimia isnt the way to go. if you start doing this you could fall very ill and your hair will start to loose its shine and a lot of other things will happen. i suggest eating right and exercising about 3 times a week.
