Yes! Hair is its healthiest when it's newly grown. Things you do to it will not change its health when it's developing under the skin.

Honestly, it will never be like it was when you were young. BUT, if you cut all of the damage off, and keep up on regular appointments... you should have beautiful healthy hair. The hardest part is taking the first big step.....that would be the cut.

Yes..Same thing happened with me cuz I highlighted it a lot and it started breaking off but..Now i just use this stuff called "anti-snap" from redken and it works really well.It helps from breakage and stuff like that. But if u cut all ur hair off I'm sure it would all grown back healthy again!

Yes it will grow out healthy.
Before you do anything too drastic, consider using a clarifying shampoo to remove product build up & pampering your hair w/ Joico K-Pak shampoo & conditioner.

yea it will but dont do anything to it anymore. use a lite hairspray if u have to. Aussie has some good hairspray that doesnt damage my hair so i would suggest finding some aussie that fits u best.
