Okay for like..a large pimple that is red and kind of hurts I've heard that it is best to mosturize it, but I've also heard that you should dry it out. So which one is it? A: Mosturize or B: Dry out

Dry it out but don't irritate it & make the skin flake. The flakes will block the pore even more.
Moisturizing will add more oil so don't do that.
Use a warm compress as often as possible. Apply a spot treatment. Plain Milk of Magnesia can be used. Apply a thin layer & let it dry. Rinse off w/ warm water.
1% hydrocortizone cream/gel will help reduce the redness.

Yes. You have to ensure your pimples area dry up first. Whenever you wash your face, ensure not to break the pimples areas. Alternatively you can apply calamina lotion and also spot touch which is meant to dry up pimples area fast. Do not try to squeeze out the pimples on your own as the germs on your hand into the area and you might see a scar there too.

use a moistureizer that is OIL FREE .you have to moisturize your face but for oily skin use this kind.you should also tone your face with a alcohol free toner.hope it works
