If it is a small size (the usual size) glass marble, then it's going to take a day or two to come out when going poo. If its a child, you need to be watching their poo for it, if it doesn't come out you need to go to the doctor. Kids swallow these kinds of things all the time.

Wait it out until it passes through your body. Eventually within 24 hours the marble will be in the bowl...

The marble will pass through the digestive tract, if it was small enough tyo be swallowed, the body can pass it.

it's most likely that you'll live if you swallow a marble. after all a marble is basically a glass small ball

Unless it causes problems in the throat going down (like in a small child) it wilol pass on its own. If you want to be sure you can check your poop for it (just teasing).
