I’m the (Export) Assistant to GM at a factory in China. We export everything we produce to the US. Another person is also responsible for export and that’s the Export Manager certainly. Below him there are six employees. Yesterday he got a pay raise and finally his salary is higher than mine now. I felt so angry. An employee was late at a meeting, so I angrily blamed her. Another guy made a small mistake on an invoice. I lost my temper too.
All I can do is ask God for help: My Heavenly Father, it is written, man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. I fell short of your expectations as I always do. Forgive me and I will do better, so please help me God. I’m ashamed of my jealousness and selfishness. Whosoever believeth on Him shall not be ashamed. Amen.

James W: Just as you said:"use this as an example to grow in Faith and thank God for the lesson." I also believe this is a test from God, b/c this event happened just when I felt much better about myself of being a Christian. God is telling me being a Christian is not an easy task. It's a challenge. Thanks.

We always get in trouble when we compare ourselves to others, don't we? A grateful heart compares themselves with God alone. You have to let go of that other and start counting all the ways God has blessed you. You need to go back and apologize to those employees you lost it with. You might want to read the passage in New Test. about the workers who were hired and the ones hired later in the day were paid the same as the ones who worked the full day. When you think you deserve a raise, it should always be based on your performance and responsibilities, regardless of others in the office. It would serve you well to never discuss with others, their pay scale, raises, bonuses, etc. It is a ploy often used by Satan to cause discention in the work place. When you feel your mind going there, just start counting your blessings again and praising God for all He's done for you. Remember you are Christ's representative wherever you are and it's His Name you bring the shame to when you are baited like that. Can't imagine Christ ever getting upset if His co-worker got a raise and He didn't. In fact, I think He would congratulate him and be sincerely happy for Him. That puts it in a new light doesn't it. I don't say all this without sympathy for you.....I've learned by mistake, myself. I pray you will really find peace about this issue and that God will bless you even more. May you find favor from the real Boss.

WHEN YOU GET CLOSER TO GOD,THE DECEIVER WILL
ATTACK,HE WILL LOOK FOR YOUR WEAKNESS.PRAY DAILY AND ASK THE LORD TO BLESS YOU BEFORE YOU LEAVE HOME.
Jas:1:19: Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath:
Jas:1:20: For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God.
Jas:1:21: Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls.
Jas:1:22: But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.
Jas:1:23: For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass:
Jas:1:24: For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was.
Jas:1:25: But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.
Jas:1:26: If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man's religion is vain.
Jas:1:27: Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.
AS A CHRISTIAN WE WILL GO THRU TRIALS,LET NOT
MONEY OR ANY DECEIVE US FROM THE TRUTH,IT IS A

China, My brother in christ, when you were saved you found a comforter, Jesus, He said "I will never leave thee nor forsake thee, I am thy redeamer I will care for thee.." Now you have the oppertunity to manifest that spirit that lives in you. Forgive yourself and now you know that a daily walk with Jesusm is a lot of work. Use this as an example to grow in Faith and thank God for the lesson. As a new Christian you learned that your attitude is part of your Christianity now you can work on giving that to God. We will kwwp you in our prayers--that you might grow in Faith-bless you

China,
According to the scriptures, "All have sinned and fall short of the glory of GOD." Consider this one of those times. When you go to work, try to appologize if you have hurt someone's feelings. GOD expects us, as Christians, to ask HIS forgivness as you have done. Keep reading, studying, and obeying HIS WORD. You can be successful at whatever you choose to do and GOD will assist you if you ask HIM to. Have a better day tomorrow. I will pray for you.
Thanks,
Eds, Christian

Dear In China,
Thank you first for your honest sharing, and it will be an absolute privilege to pray for you.
i also want you to know that you can also pray to God with the same honesty. It is normal and human to feel angry- but the key is always what do we do with our anger?
I read a very encouraging passage in John 21 recently when John and Peter were fishing and they had caught nothing. Jesus called them "His friends". They should have been fishing for people's souls but had left that and went back to their old occupation (of fishing) and even in the midst of their "failures" Jesus called them friend.
i think that it's beautiful that you've the right heart in this matter. 1 John tells us that sometimes our hearts condemn ourselves to harshly (and in other cases too lightly) but God is greater than our hearts and so please be encouraged that God would call you friend if you've put your faith in His Son Jesus, and that He forgives and uses every failure in our lives to build us up.
i will pray for you brother, and praise God that His word is taking root in your heart.
Hope that helps. Kindly,
Nickster

I pray Jesus will bless you and and the Spirit of God to comfort you:
"My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous." --1 John 2:1

Heavenly Father, I lift my sibling up to you. Take away that temper and replace it with compassion straight from Your heart. Help my sibling to find a way to make restoration with those that have been hurt and help him/her to be able to do better and not be so angry. Let his/her anthem be....In all things You will be glorified...In the precious name of The Carpenter's son. Amen.

You did several things which appear to be right. You confessed your sin to God, asked for forgiveness, and recognized God's authroity to do so. You need to go two steps further, forgive yourself and honestly try not repeat the mistake. It is not necessary to openly confess personal sins on the Internet, just keep it between you and Christ. Maranatha!

I will pray for you. I pray that the Lord will continue to strengthen you in your walk with Him. That your temper will be cooled as you trust and believe that He is in control. That He will teach you, as He has me, the lesson of patience during adversity.
We all get angry sometime, but we can ask for the Lord's forgiveness and for His strength to keep our temper in check.

Everyone gets angry. Even the Lord got angry. Sounds like you feel cheated.
Lord, help this person to feel at peace with your divine plan for his life. Lift the anger from him and show him how to give everything to you and your timing.
Amen.
