Those places do exist, but Falwell went to Hades, or Sheol, which is not Hell, but is the Spirit World where people go to await the Resurrection.

Neither, he has ceased to exist as a sentient being. The dead Falwell is incapable of thought, expression, experiencing anything.
I now view it as an object and no longer a person as it no longer is one. Falwel is nowhwere, he does not even exist.
