If that statement were true, and everything were false until proven true, since that statement has not been proven to be true, it would be false. Nothing can be both true and false at the same time. Or can it?

No, some things are neither true nor false. Plus, just because we don't know the answer yet doesn't mean that it has no truth and the converse can be treated the same way also.

No because everything is already known but it may not be by you or me. So truth is always truth weather one knows it or not and false is false weather one knows its. That's the Absolute truth.
