Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.

Even though the scars are two years old, they still may improve on thier own over time. But if you don't want to wait, other options are to talk with your dermatologist about dermabrasion or laser treatment. Depending on the type of scarring, applying Retin-A may also be helpful.

Scars are permanent. YOu can use Vitamin E oil or scar cream (like Mederma) to reduce their appearance, but they will not go away.

There are amazing medications and treatments these days. Avoid "clinics" or "spa" doctors. See a really good, reputable dermatologist.

I would go to a dermatolagist and see what they could do or there are microdermabrasian kits that you can get in drug stores, those can help.
