im looking for a simple FREE software to download music. also if you know any softwares that will edit songs.

OO, you know, try torrents. Bitcomet is the program you download, from www.bitcomet.com and you search for the music using Torrentspy or Piratebay.org (www.torrentspy.com, www.bitcomet.org) these are probably your best friend!!! =)

Get familiar with torrents. Download the torrent software at utorrent.com and then go to torrentspy.com to find the torrent files that will then download the music u are looking for. I used LimeWire and Bearshare before, but it was very unclean and i got lots of viruses constantly.

downloading copyright music is illegal, and you can get a very large fine for doing so and lose your computer equipment
check out how many people that have been caught in the act.. copy right laws in the states are very stricked and you can and will be traced

Lime Wire, it has a Basic version that is FREE and a Pro version that cost money www.limewire.com

get limewire then download limewire pro for free by typing in seach for limewire pro

I have LimeWire, just be sure to get a good viruse blocker, spyware blocker, ect. ;)
